WHEREAS, Winrock Development Company executed and filed a Plat and Bill of
Assurance for St. Charles, such document being filed on February 14, 1995, in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County as Instrument No. 95-9328 and covering a number
of lots, including Lots 727, 728 and 729, St. Charles, an addition to the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the survey plat prepared by White-Daters & Associates, Inc., registered land
surveyors, covering such plat was filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, in Plat Book E-256; and
WHEREAS, Winrock Development Company, as Grantor, wishes to replat Lots 727, 728,
and 729, and to redesignate such property for all lawful purposes as Lots 727R and 729F,, St.
Charles, an addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Now, Therefore,
WITNESSETH:
Grantor does hereby certify that it has caused said tract to be resurveyed by White-Daters
& Associates, Inc. and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title Lots 727R and 729R, St.
Charles, and addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas (hereinafter referred to as "the Replat"),
being a Replat of Lots 727, 728, and 729, such Replat bearing the date of February 14, 2001, and
bearing a certificate of approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission. The Replat
has been filed of record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in Plat Book
The lot dimensions and other data shown on the Replat are hereby amended and
substituted in respect of Lots 727R and 729R, St. Charles. All remaining terms, conditions,
covenants, restrictions, easements and other declarations of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance
are hereby incorporated by reference and are hereby made applicable to Lots 727R and 729R, St.
Charles, except as expressly amended by the Replat.
Grantor represents and warrants that it is the owner of the specific lots in question and the
owner of additional property covered by the original Plat and Bill of Assurance. Under the terms
of the original Plat and Bill of Assurance, Grantor is duly authorized and empowered to make this
amendment upon the approval by or on behalf of the Little Rock Planning Commission. The
approval of the Little Rock Planning Commission is evidenced hereon.

authorized in their respective capacities to execute the foregoing document for and in the name
and on behalf of said corporation, and further stated that they had so signed, executed, and
delivered the instrument for the consideration, uses, and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
