The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the

Per our conversation, please let us know the possible issues with the survey as indicated by the City
Surveyor. We anticipate completing the platting process by Thursday, July 25th in order to overnight
copies for signatures (Entergy Corporate in New Orleans). Entergy is scheduled to be on the agenda at
the August 6th City Board meeting for final re -zoning approval. The dedication of right-of-way (by plat)
would satisfy the documentation requirement needed the August 6th meeting.

AT&T approves on the Entergy-Mabelvale plat. As we discussed, it does not look as if AT&T has any
utilities in conflict, but if any are discovered we would charge to rearrange them. In addition, some
conduit will need to be provided and utility access easement needed as well to serve the new plant.

Please contact me as soon as you can. We have a close deadline to meet with the City of LR on this, and
that's the reason we started the utility reviews early this month.
For your reference I have attached a Google Earth image with a yellow outline of the general area that
this new operations center will go. The physical address of the property is 13019 Vimy Ridge Rd, LR. I
figure you have a line running down Vimy Ridge Rd, so I would assume that your easement would
originate from there and extend east along the south side of the 40 ft access easement to the building
site.
