ORDINANCE NO. 19,659
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING
FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS FOR LAWSON ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
N , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide
for a deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan until the frontage
property develops or until the adjacent property along Lawson Road is developed for
Pinnacle I vestments Properties.
Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be
deferred for a period of five (5) years, until the frontage property develops or
until adjacent development along Lawson Road occurs whichever occurs first.
Th specific deferral is for improving Lawson Road as part of the McHenry Place
Preliminary Plat along the frontage of the property located on the north side of
Lawson Road west of Crystal Valley Road to minor arterial standards per the
Master Street Plan including widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk, access ramps, and
str et lights.
Subsection b. On Lawson Road, a 45 foot right of way dedication from
centerline along the frontage of the property will be required prior to approval
of he final plat.
