Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the
East line of Beech Street 80 feet N 23°51'W of the Northwest corner of

Arkansas; thence continuing along the East line ol` Beech Street 65 feet
to a point; thence East 167.3 feet to a point; thence South 59 feet to
