That whereas Larry W. and Sandra G. Bowden are the owners of: Part of the NE'% SE%, Section 31, T-2-N,
R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the East line of Beech
Street 80 feet N 23°51'W of the Northwest comer of Lot 13, Block 19, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas; thence continuing along the East line of Beech Street 65 feet to a point; thence East 167.3 feet to a
point; thence South 59 feet to a point; thence West 140 feet to the point of beginning; AND
A lot or tract of land in the City of Lilule Rock, Pulaski County, d be' part f the Nam" f IF,e SE% of

Section 31, T-2-N, R-12-W, and described by metes and bounds as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the East
side of Beech Street and the Northwest comer of Lot 13, Block 19, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence North on the East side of Beech Street 80 feet, thence East parallel with the North
line of said Lot 13, Block 19, a distance of 140 feet; thence South parallel to Beech Street to the North line of Block 19;
thence West to the point of beginning in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Larry W. and Sandra G. Bowden, are hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of
land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified
by the title of Lots 1 and 2, Bowden Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the
signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas as Instrument No. o2o-13 0 S 17 and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to amend the property lines. Easements taken from existing lines and drainage
located on the property.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid'and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
