That whereas I, Rickey Evans, Sr., am the owner of: Lots 1, 2 and the North 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 2, Euclid
Place, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas less and except the following: Beginning at a found pin on the
existing west right of way line of John Barrow Road, said iron pin being 10 feet South of the South line of said Lot 2; thence N
8800612' W, 6.97 feet; thence N 00°49'45" E, along the proposed west right of way line of John Barrow Road, 89.56 feet; thence h
68°24'25" W, along the proposed South right of way line of West 46t' Street, 60.96 feet to the existing South right of way line of
West 46th Street; thence S 88'06'09' E along said South right of way line , 62.75 feet to the said existing west right of way line of
John Barrow Road; thence S 0°49`45' W along said existing West right of way line, 50.29 feet to a found iron pine at the Southeast
tamer of said Lot 1; thence continuing along said existing West right of way line S 0'20'41' E, 59.85 feet to the point of beginning
and Lots 23 and 24, Euclid Place, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That, I, Rickey Evans, Sr., do hereby dedicate to the public the following right of way including a radial
dedication: Part of Lots 1, 2 and the North 10 feet of Lot 3, all in Block 2, EUCLID PLACE, an Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of said Lot 2; thence S 1 °23'56" E,
9.94 feet; thence S 88°50'23" E,122.53 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 0°28'24" E, 94.54 feet; thence S 69*12'22" E,15.37
feet; thence S 0°05'14" W, 89.38 feet; thence N 88'50'23" W,15.02 feet to the point of beginning.
AND Part of Lots 23 and 24, Block 2, EUCLID PLACE, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the NW comer of said Lot 24; thence S 88'52' E, along North line of said Lot 24,
27.73 feet to a curve; thence along a curve to the left having a 20 foot radius and a chord bearing and distance of 5 45039'22" W,
28.52 feet; thence S 00'10'44" W, 79.64 feet to the South line of said Lot 24; thence N 89'03'35' W, along said South lot line, 7.13
feet to the SW corner of said Lot 23; thence N 0°01'39" E, along the west lot lines of LotS 23 and 24,100 feet to the point of
beginning.
That I, Rickey Evans, S., hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 1 R,
Block 2, EUCLID PLACE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS. By the signature of
the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as
Instrument No.)��) "-IoA CZA.— and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make one lot out of multiple lots.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
