For tract 1, tract 2, and tract 3, 1 found the soil profile to be acceptable for a traditional septic system. Permits can be obtained for each tract proposed. This letter does not constitute and approved Health Department Onsite Sewage Disposal Permit. Once the house corners are staked, the permit process can be completed. In the areas reviewed, the septic system would require a 1000 gallon septic tank and 300' of field line for a 3 bedroom home.
