WHEREAS, Susann Szmania is the sole owner of the following described property: Lots 1, 2, 3,
and 4, Block 9, ROSE CITY ADDITION, to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, together
with a 10 foot strip lying South of and adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, and also a 20 foot strip lying East of
and adjacent to said Lot 1, Block 9, Rose City Addition and East of and adjacent to a 10 foot strip that lies
South of said Lot 1, Block 9, Rose City Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.,
and desire to replat said lots:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
THAT I, the said Susann Szmania, hereinafter termed grantor, have caused said tract to
be surveyed by Johnny R. Tweedle, R.L.S. #1203, State of Arkansas, and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title SZMANIA REPLAT, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and the date H 11 9/ /13 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said
grantor, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission
and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, in PLAT BOOK ���, �`a q � bt PAGE and the grantor(s) do hereby
make this Bill of Assurance.
AND, the Grantor hereby certifies that she has replatted said real estate in accordance
with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat;
and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the
building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the
Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
