That whereas we, Jeremy Brasher and Sonia Schaefer, are the owners of Lots 7, Block 28, Capitol Hill
Extension Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
We hereby dedicate to the public the following description: Part of Lot 7, Block 28, Capitol Hill Extension to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commence at the SE corner of said Lot 7;
thence West along the South line of said Lot 7 20.18 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet and
chord bearing and distance of N 44°44'41" W, 28.41 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 7; thence S 0°30'39" E,
along east line, 20.18 feet to the point of beginning.
That we, Jeremy Brasher and Sonia Schaefer, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of
land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified
by the title of Lots 7A and 7B, being a replat of Lot 7, Block 28, Capitol Hill Extension Addition, Pulaski County,
Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed
by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No,�Q / (Q [�6 9 6r6 S` and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make 2 lots out of one.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
