Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Northeast
corner of Lot 12, Block 5, Capitol Hill Extension Addition to City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, thence S 0014'32" E, 19.91 feet; thence along a curve to the left having
a 20 foot radius and chord bearing and distance of N 45'07'16" W, 23.02 feet; thence East
