3 A RESOLUTION TO RENEW 140 TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS FOR
4 GREATER LITTLE ROCK TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC (GLRTS) FOR
5 THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2007, TO DECEMBER 31, 2007; AND
6 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Service, LLC. has properly applied
9 for renewal of 140 taxicab operator permits for the year 2007, and has established
10 that it is properly insured and in compliance with the City Transportation Code,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1. GLRTS is granted a renewal of 140 taxicab operator permits for the
14 period from January 1, 2007, to December 31, 2007.
15 Section 2. Severability. In the event any portion of this resolution is declared or
16 adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not
17 affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and
18 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not
19 originally a part of this resolution.
20 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions, and parts thereof, which
21 are in conflict with any provision of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of
22 such conflict.
