A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE GAS UTILITY EASEMENT TO CENTERPOINT
ENERGY ARKLA ON MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DRIVE
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, easement is required for installation of gas line to benefit
Centerpoint Energy Arkla and City of Little Rock residents.
WHEREAS, gas line and any buildings will be maintained by Centerpoint
Energy Arkla .
WHEREAS, Centerpoint Energy Arkla will relocate facilities at their expense if
needed for future roadway or other construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute easement deeds for the use
of land utilized by Centerpoint Energy Arkla on property at the North End of Martin Luther King,
Jr. Drive legally described as:
(See attached legal description and drawing)
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
