Please find attached a letter from Entergy stating that we have no objection to the subdivision of the lot at the comer of Lanehart Rd

our line along the north side of the lot and will relinquish any easement there may be crossing the lot.

Public Works is OK with the platting of 2 lots south of Lanehart Road and east of Lanehart Drive. Right-of-way
along Lanehart Road is required to be dedication 30 ft from centerline. Also, at least 20 ft of asphalt surface is to
