As we discussed, because of additional work required by the title company with the 200 foot boundary spanning two counties, we are requesting a waiver of the requirement that this notice be sent 15 days prior to the meeting. It was in fact mailed out on Thursday, November 3, which is 14 days prior to the November 17 meeting. There were two addresses listed for Knollwood Mobile Home Park, LLC. We cannot locate the certified mail receipt for the letter sent to Knollwood at the Birmingham, Michigan address, but we are sending another letter out via certified mail to Knollwood at the Birmingham address today. Regardless, this is the same entity and notice was sent via certified mail to the Alexander, Arkansas address on November 3, 2011.
