Dear Donna,
Enclosed please find the certificate of owners within 200 feet of the subject property from
First National Title Company, a copy of the notice form with affidavit executed, and copies of
the letters and notice sent via certified mail to the property owners on November 3, 2011. As we
discussed, because of additional work required by the title company with the 200 foot boundary
spanning two counties, we are requesting a waiver of the requirement that this notice be sent 15
days prior to the meeting. It was in fact mailed out on Thursday, November 3, which is 14 days
prior to the November 17 meeting.
There were two addresses listed for Knollwood Mobile Home Park, LLC. We cannot
