Mulkey, as CoTrustees of the Louis M. & Barbara L. Mulkey Revocable Trust UTD, July 5, 2001, hereinafter termed grantors, has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot 1 and 2, Mulkey Single Family Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat. It is my understanding that he is re -platting a 30 foot wide strip between his house located at 9317 Claremore Street and the lot behind his house at #2 Claremore Drive. After reviewing our records, Entergy does not have any facilities located within that 30 foot strip and has no plans to utilize that strip for future power lines. Therefore, Entergy does not object to the re -plat of that area. Please let me know if you should have any questions regarding this matter as it pertains to Entergy.
