KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas Williams Temple Church of God in Christ is the owner of: Lots 1 and 2, Block 401,
Lincoln and Zimmerman's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
AND Lots 4, 5, 9 and 10, all in Block 401, DUVAL'S ADDITION to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas AND Lot 10, Block 161, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, Pulaski County, Arkansas and that part of a closed alley lying west of and
adjacent to said Lot 10.
That, Williams Temple Church of God in Christ, hereinafter termed grantors, has caused the said tract of
land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which
is identified by the title of LOT 1, WILLIAMS TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and
bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument No. 101105 q-44 Le _- and
the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make 7 lots into one whole lot. Easement as shown on plat is taken from City of
Little Rock Wastewater records and is 5 feet each side of sewer line as it lays.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. No lot shall be split or combined without the full consent of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The
buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.

Dear Mr. Thomas,
This letter is to advise you that Entergy will not require any additional electrical utility
easement related to the replatting of Lots 1 and 2, Block 401, Lincoln and Zimmerman's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and Lots 4, 5, 9 and 10, all
in Block 401 Duval's addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and
Lot 10, Block 161, original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and that part of
a closed alley lying west of and adjacent to said Lot 10.
