KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas Paul Davis aka Farwest Convenience SJP, Inc is the owner of Lots 1-12, Block 13, COLLEGE
PARK ADDITION, Pulaski County, Arkansas along with the alley in said Block 13, College Park Addition, closed by
County Court Order Number 96-204, filed for record June 18, 1996 and recorded in Book 96, Page 352, records of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That I, Paul Davis, hereinafter termed grantor, has caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks
Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title of Lot
Lots 1 R and 2R, being a replat of Lots 1-12, Block 13, College Park Addition, Pulaski County, as well as right of way
dedication as shown on the recorded plat herein recorded with being 5 feet South of 33rd Street, 5 feet North of 341h
Street , 5 feet East of Sanders Avenue and 25 feet West of Bankhead along with 20 foot radial dedications at each
corner. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by
the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas as Instrument No. and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to make two lots.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. No lot shall be split or combined without the full consent of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The
buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
