Any business, trade, activity or undertaking not in keeping with the zoning use of said land, herein platted, and each of them, is prohibited and shall not be carried on or permitted on any part of said land; and, anything deemed a nuisance or to create undue annoyances or which interferes with the zoning use and occupancy of said land shall be prohibited thereon. The covenants, restrictions, requirements and provisions of this instrument shall be automatically extended for successive periods of ten years each on and after January 1, 2024, unless and unto amended or canceled as authorized herein.
