According to our records water service is not available at this time to the above described
property. A contract will be required for installation of on -site water facilities to provide fire and
domestic service to this property. Installation of these facilities must be completed and all
Central Arkansas Water requirements in effect at the time of request for water service must be
met prior to meters being set. Construction will be at the expense of the developer. Engineer
must obtain easements from adjacent property for main extension.
