That whereas Quincy Value and Terri Value are the owners of: Lots 5 and 6 and the West 1 /3 of Lots 7 and
8, Block 2, JONES & WORTHEN'S ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the closed alley
between the aforementioned lots, as closed by Ordinance #2435, filed for record May 17, 2011 AND Less & Except the
a part of Lot 6, Block 2, of the Jones and Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Lot 6; thence North 12 feet along the west line
of said Lot 6 to a point; thence Southeasterly 17.1 to a point on the South line of said Lot 6; thence West 12 feet along
said South line to the point of beginning.
That we, Quincy Value and Terri Value, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by
surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title of Lot 6R, being a replat of Lots 5&6 and the W 113 of Lots 7&8 and closed alley, Block 2,
JONES AND WORTHEN'S ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of
the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as
Instrument No. -2-0 I 1 Q q- I'2 74o and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to make one lot out of three. City reserves a sixteen foot easement where the alley
used to be. Alley abandoned by Little Rock City Ordinance #2435, filed as #2011029630 in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas. No lot shall be split or combined without the full consent of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The
buildings lines shown on the plat are as the buildings were constructed -
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedica ' of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
