(Tracts D & E, Block 1, The Gardens at Valley Falls, an Addition to the City of, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas)
WHEREAS, The Garden at Valley Falls, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Allotor"
and sometimes hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") is the owner, by virtue of deed records
filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, of
the following land situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:

WHEREAS, Allotor has caused said land to be surveyed and a plat thereof made,
dividing said land into tracts as shown on said plat and showing the dimensions of each tract,
said property to be known as "Tracts D & E, Block 1, THE GARDENS AT VALLEY
FALLS," an addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the date
December 2012 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors, and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in
the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as
Instrument 3�d the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with said
plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat, and
every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation and shall be subject to the
covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions contained in the Bill of Assurance filed for
record and recorded as Instrument No. 2010050426 records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
