THAT WHEREAS, Steve Williams, hereinafter called "Grantor", is the owner of the

NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused the land to be surveyed by McGetrick

The filing of the plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and

The lands embraced in the plat shall be forever known as Williams Addition, an addition
to the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot designations

No house shall be built on any lot in this subdivision with a minimum area of less than
