WHEREAS, the Property is presently subject to a DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE
COVENANTS AND BILL OF ASSURANCE filed of record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas on or about April 1, 2010, as Instrument No.
20100018138 (the "Original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants');
WHEREAS, the undersigned desire to amend the Original Declaration of Restrictive

adopt and agree to the following Amendment to the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill

of Assurance of Forest Valley, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
The undersigned, hereby state and agree that they are the owners of over seventy five
percent (75.0%) of the Sites that compromise Forest Valley and are hereby authorized
to amend the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance pursuant
to the Original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance;
2. The undersigned, hereby state and agree that pursuant to ARTICLE II, SECTION 2,
Additions to Existing Property, that C.J. FACE CONSTRUCTION, LLC, an
Arkansas limited liability company, ("Developer", "Declarant", or "Allottor),
under Original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance has
purchased additional property as identified above and that the Additional Property
is hereby incorporated by reference to the same restrictive covenants and bill of
assurance hied of record in the Office of the Circuit Cleric and Ex-Officio Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas on or about April 1, 2010, as Instrument No_
20100018138;
3. The undersigned, hereby state and agree that ARTICLE Ili, shall be amended to
allow the Developer twenty four (24) months from the filing of this Amendment to
the Original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Bill of Assurance to release
control to the Forest Valley Property Owners Association, inc.
4. The undersigned hereby state that there are no other amendments, variances, waivers,
exceptions, or any changes to the Original Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and
Bill of Assurance except as set forth herein, and all existing Articles shah apply to
the Additional Property identified above..
