I wouldn't include the gravel backfill under pavement. Maintenance bond will be for at least 50% of the final cost estimate. Attached for use and submittal to Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority: 1. Maintenance Bond Form — Bond should be for 50% of installed cost of public sewer 2. Bill of Sale 3. Affidavit of Completion (which needs the installed cost of the public sewer, to be signed by the Owner, and to be signed by me as the Engineer) Finally I'll have to provide the "Engineer's Affidavit of Accuracy" but I need to ask LRWRA about it because it talks about the easement already being in place. Hi Harald, Regarding the Engineer's Affidavit of Accuracy. It states that "easements required by LRWRA have been obtained". This technically isn't true because we are awaiting your approval and the City of little Rock to approve the final plat showing the easement before it is approved. How do we reconcile this? Attached is the draft final plat that we have submitted to you previously. I'm copying Danielle because I know she typically helps get this paperwork completed. Hope you had a great weekend! Thanks for the as -built drawing. Would you mind sending us the easement CAD file so we can check it? We are now in the closing and final acceptance phase for this main extension project. Attached are all the closing docs which need to be filled out and executed. As soon as they are returned to us for review, we will issue the Final Acceptance Letter, which will allow the purchase of the needed sewer connection permits. Please, attach a diagram to the easement form, for ease of reference. As for the Maintenance Bond, it must provided by the contractor in the amount of at least 50°% of the final sewer construction cast estimate. Please, let us know if you have any questions regarding the process.
