THIS Bill of Assurance is made this 14+44N day of , 2011, by The
Valley Estates of Mabelvale Phase II, Limited Partnership, with the address of 1201
Military Road, PMB 134, Benton, Arkansas 72015-2908, hereinafter referred to as
"GRANTOR".
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR is the owner of the property located in Mabelvale,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, GRANTOR has caused said tract of land to be surveyed and
engineered by Robert Holloway and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title:
Lot 6 of The Orchards at Mabelvale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, said plat is dated November 9, 2011, and bears the signature of said
Land Surveyor and Engineer and the said GRANTOR and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is on record in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, Document Number
'�N'o I I O(C"7 5:)-5 _ and the GRANTOR does hereby make this the Bill of
Assurance.
NOW THEREFORE, GRANTOR does hereby certify that it has plated said real
estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever
known as designed on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use
this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of Circuit
Clerk and ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery
and dedication of the streets and easements shown on said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street
than the building line on the plat and all building lines shall be constructed in
conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
