Dear Ms. James,
Please find attached the revised Preliminary Plat and Rezoning Applications for the
above referenced project. Also attached are 18 copies of the Preliminary Plat and Site
Plan of Lot #4 as well as check for the review fee in the amount of $180.00 to cover the
remainder of the review fee for both applications. The detention calculations for Lot #4
of this project are also included.
The area will be a gated community concentrated on lack of noise and security tailored
for 55 and older inhabitants. It will consist of a three story building with 48 residential
units with 16 per floor.
No variances are being requested. The access will be along the proposed extension of
Richsmith Lane. The project is setting directly to the rear of Home Depot.
