Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence North 25.0 feet, thence West 108.25 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue West along the north right of way line of West 44th Street, 108.0 feet; thence run North 02 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds West, 204.0 feet; thence East 48.0 feet; thence South 02 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds East, 129.0 feet; thence East 60.0 feet; thence South 02 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds East, 75.0 feet to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE: The Grantors have caused said property to be surveyed by 011en Dee Wilson, and a plat thereof, identified by the title of LOT'A', BILLY D. CLOUD ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. The plat bears the seals and signatures of 011en Dee Wilson, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signature of the Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission on October , 2009, and is on record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book Page and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. ,r�l ^' D0 s, T�(GGT And the grantors do hereby certify that they have platted said real estate in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. All buildings constructed on said Lot shall be no nearer the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
