LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of Lots 2, 3, and 4, WALLACE BASELINE ACRES, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast
corner.of Lot 2, WALLACE BASELINE ACRES, said point being on the South right-
of-way line of Baseline Road, run, thence southerly along the east line 'of
said Lot 2 for 483.4 feet to a point, said point being also the Northeast
-corner of said Lot 40, VERNON PLACE; run thence Westerly along the North .line
of Lot 40 through 46, VERNON PLACE 434.5 feett run thence Northerly 480.4 feet
.to a point on the North line of said Lot 4, said point being on the South
right-of-way line of Baseline Road; run thence Easterly along the North line
