The grantor does hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in the accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation All buildings constructed shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Lot 1 of Metropolitan Subdivision an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is intended for the future parking use by the adjoining land owner to the North of said Lot 1.
