BILL OF ASSURANCE
Whereas, Metropolitan National Bank, is the sole owner
of the following described property Metropolitan Subdivision an Addition to the city of
Little Rock, Arkansas
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That I, the said owner, hereinafter termed grantor have caused said tract of land to be
surveyed by David Hadlock, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof
made which is identified be the title Metropolitan Subdivision and the date November 6,
2008 and by the signature of the said surveyor and said grantors and bears a Certificate of
Approval Executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the
Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in
Plat Book, Page i f j?3-0 and the grantor do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The grantor does hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in the accordance
with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on
said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation
All buildings constructed shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code
and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Lot 1 of Metropolitan Subdivision an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is
intended for the future parking use by the adjoining land owner to the North of said Lot 1.
