WHEREAS, Dennis and Rebecca Ouellette are the owners of the following
described land lying in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Lot 182R, Brookfield Addition, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
THAT, Dennis and Rebecca Ouellette, hereinafter termed Grantors, has caused said
land to be surveyed by James L. Butler, Registered Land Surveyor, No. 261,
(Arkansas), and a plat made which is identifted by the title of "Lot 182RR
Brookfield Addition to the City of Little

by said Grantors and bears a certificate
Planning Commission and is recorded in the office of the Pulaski Circuit County
Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book �,

HEREAFTER, conveyances and descriptions of this land as shown on the recorded
final plat shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof. Said Lot 182RR shall
be acquired by the Grantee (s) thereof, subject to the covenants and restrictions for
Lot 182R, Brookfield Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, as shown in Deed Record
Book 749, Page 543, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Dennis and Rebecca Ouellette do hereby set their hand
and seal on this Bill of Assurance.
