We are proposing 4 buildings with three floors of Condos each and 2 building for garages for [cars ,boats,
golf carts,jet skis, etc]. Parking for 80 VEHICLES underneath and remainding parking will be covered.
A 60' by 100' resort swimming pool is proposed along with a tennis and basketball court. An exercise
building is also proposed.
Entrance from Rahling Road with a furore entrance off chenal future road along the north end of property.
WE will have a 9' feet for the buffer along the South line.
