The plat has been updated and I have attached it below.
1. Per City Code 31-206 (f), "Property line corners at street intersections shall be rounded with a radius of at least
twenty (20) feet." This applies to curves 23 & 24. (Updated on Plat)
2. How and where will Lot 1R get vehicular access from the public right of way? (Direct access to Mabelvelle Road
to the south)
3. What is Tract A used for? (This tract will be retained by the Owner or POA as a greenspace)
4. Identify the dimensions on Lots 2R, 311 and 411 (west side) (Updated on Plat)
