KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT
That whereas James R. Pittman is the owner of: Lot 7 and the South %2 of Lot 8, Block 9, Wat
Worthen's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas and the East %2 of a closed alley.
That I, James R. Pittman, is hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed
by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified by the
title of Lots 7A and 7B, being a replat of Lot 7 and the South'/2 of Lot 8, Block 9, Wat Worthen Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Ccrnmission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk
and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat Book �?007, Page 087 63.P- and the
grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to change the lot configuration as approved by the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
