KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
That whereas we, Theodore Holder and Johannes van den Heuvel, (hereinafter
referred to as Grantors) are the owners of Lots 11 and 12, Block 16, Weldon E. Wright's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
That we, the Grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by surveyed by
Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title of Lot 12R, being a replat of Lots 11 & 12, Block 16, Weldon E.
Wright's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and by the
signatures of the said surveyor and the said Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, which is on record in the Office of
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Instrument
No. LAT::t* c2p/ -3/ 6)
The grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they replatted said real estate in accordance
with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on
said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this plat is to make one lot out of two.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall be constructed no
nearer the street that the building line shown on the plat and shall conform to the Building
Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
