Paula Higginson and David A. Higginson, wife and husband, (Grantor), for and in
consideration of $10.00 and other valuable consideration in hand paid by Flagship Properties, LLC,
(Grantee), the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
Grantee and unto Grantee's successors and assigns forever lands in Pulaski County, Arkansas, described
as follows:
Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 2, Colonial Court Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, as shown on plat of record in Plat Book 2, Page 85,
records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
To have and to hold the said lands unto Grantee and unto Grantee's successors and assigns
forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor will forever warrant and defend the title to
the said lands against all lawful claims whatever.
Grantor, for the consideration aforesaid, does hereby release and relinquish unto Grantee all
Grantor's rights of dower, curtesy and homestead in and to the said lands.
EXECUTED THIS 14th day of September, 2007.
