Lawson, hereby dedicate the following description to be used as road right of way for Hilaro Springs Road: PartoftheNE'i SE'i, Section 7, T-1-S, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the SW corner of said NE SE '/<, thence N 0°24' E, along the West line of said NE '/ SE '/<, 299.76 feet; thence N 0°24' E, along said West line, 448.0 feet; thence N 89'57' 16" E, 1301.32 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89'57' 16" E, 23.48 feet; thence S 0'24'39" W, 394.06 feet; thence N 89'40' 16" W, 23.21 feet; thence N 0°22'24" E, 197.1 feet; thence N 0'21'29" E, 151.81 feet to the point of beginning. The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The purpose of this replat is to make two platted lots out of acreage. The easement shown on the plat is for septic tank purposes.
