That whereas Don Bryant Construction, Inc is the owner of : Lot 1, Block 1, Clark's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That I, Don Bryant Construction, Inc, is hereinafter termed grantors, have caused the said tract of land to by
surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyor and a plat thereof made which is identified
by the title of Lots 1-A & 1-B, Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of
the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning
Commis ' and is on recoirg in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex -off icio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas in Plat
Book Page . 4tto and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
That I, Don Bryant Construction, Inc., hereby dedicate the following description to be used as road right of
way for radial dedication: Part of Lot 1, Block 1, Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence East along North
line of Lot 1, 25 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 25 feet and a chord bearing and distance of S
45°04'20" W, 35.4 feet; thence N 00008'40" E, 25 feet to the point of beginning.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands
embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property
shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to make two platted lots out of one.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of
Pulaski County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
