Central Arkansas Water has no objection to the above referenced franchise request.
The design of water facilities shown has not been approved and will need to be different than that
shown on the plans submitted for this franchise request. A public water main with r.neters for
service to these units will be required adjacent to the right-of-way of North Pulaski Street and the
alley shown on these plans.
Should this franchise be granted, Central Arkansas Water assumes no liability for maintaining or
replacing the installation should it be damaged or destroyed by Central Arkansas Water crews in
their routine maintenance work.
