Dear Ms. James:
We are herewith submitting the above captioned project for review. The property
consists of 3.74 Acres, and is currently zoned C-3. We are submitting this site plan for a
hotel and a commercial center. The hotel will be 3 stories with 72 rooms and 76 parking
spaces. The commercial center will be 15,000 sq. ft. with 47 parking spaces. The
commercial center will be in the first phase. The hotel will be constructed in the second
phase. We will need to clear the entire site because of the grading required.
