The purpose of this amendment is to combine a metes and bounds tract with Lot A, Piedmont Subdivision and a part of Lot 1, St. Michael's Episcopal Church Addition. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in The Office of the Circuit Clerk and 149915G-vl ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the easements shown on the said plat which were not previously dedicated. All buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Hereafter, conveyance and description of said lands by lot number as shown on said plat shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof. The lots in said subdivision shall be sold by the grantors and shall be purchased by the buyers thereof, subject to the covenants set forth in the parent documents filed as Instrument No. 83-36907 and as Instrument No. 2008048745, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The considerations set forth are hereby approved by the City of Little Rock Planning Commission. Any additional requirements, restrictions or statement are entered without review or action by the Planning Commission, and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission, and shall not be considered part of the Little Rock Planning Commission's requirements for plat approval.
