WHEREAS, Graham Smith Construction LLC is the sole owner of the following
described property: Lots 6-R 7-R and 8-R Glen Abbey Court an Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; and desire to re -plat said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH That I, the said Graham Smith
Construction LLC hereinafter termed grantor, has caused said tract of land to be surveyed
by Paul M. White, Registered Professional Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is
identified by the title Lots 6-RR 7-RR and 8-RR, Glen Abbey Court and the date January
2010 and by the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantor, and bears a
Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on
record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and e-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, as Instrument N qnd the grantor does hereby make this Bill of
Assurance. T a& -
The grantor does hereby certify that he has re -platted said real estate in
accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as
designated on said plat, and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this
designation and shall be subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations and restrictions
in said Bill of Assurance filed for record as Instrument No. 2009074506, recgos of
Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Attached is a revised final plat for the above project that needs to be re -circulated again.
The front building line and rear building line have been adjusted.
This is due to a water main that was in the front; therefore the structure had to move west.
Please review this plat again and sign off if all is well.
The developer would like to record this final plat on or before Friday February 5tn

Not approved.
The plat as submitted only shows a utility easement for'Tract A'; CAW has a water main within 3 feet of
the proposed building line. The plat submitted does not show an easement for this main. We would like
to see the tag for the building line to state "18' Building Setback & Utility Easement" and for the plat to
show the water line in front of the building line similar to the Final Plat filed 11/10/2009.
If suggested changes are made; labeling the easement and showing the water main, CAW would be ok
