The plat as submitted only shows a utility easement for'Tract A'; CAW has a water main within 3 feet of the proposed building line. The plat submitted does not show an easement for this main. We would like to see the tag for the building line to state "18' Building Setback & Utility Easement" and for the plat to show the water line in front of the building line similar to the Final Plat filed 11/10/2009.
