Amendment to Bill of Assurance, which hereby amends that certain Bill of Assurance filed in Book 805
Page 83 in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. '
The grantors do hereby certify that they have subdivided said real estate in accordance with said
plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and every deed of
conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Amendment to Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and
easements shown on the said plat.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building
line shown on the plat and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and
Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.

owner of this property intends to file their plat by Friday, August 26, 2011. The City of Little Rock now
requires a sign -off from every utility company before the plat can be recorded.
An email response or signed copy via email will suffice in lieu of a signed paper copy. If you would like to
review and sign off on a paper copy please let me know and we will have one sent to you without delay.

I spoke with Bob Ellis and he said we can approve the plat as long as you are aware that we do have
facilities there and it will be at the developer's expense to relocate if there is a conflict. Before building
starts, they need to survey and let me know if we need to move anything.
