Sent:Tuesday, May 14, 2024 11:04 AM To:Dylan Johnson Cc:Brandon Lee Subject:RE: COA Attachments:HDC2024-014 COC signed.pdf James, Please see attached approved and signed COC for your work at 609 Rock Street. The original COC will be mailed to the owner’s mailing address listed with the county assessor. Please upload the attached copy of the signed COC to your building permit application when you apply, if a roof permit is required. It is possible that for a single-family residential structure a roof permit is not required, but I always like to recommend that owners/contractors check with our Permits team to verify. You can contact the Permits Desk at permits@littlerock.gov or 501-371-4832. The COC, or the copy, is required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right- of-way during your project work. This is primarily for our code enforcement officers and surrounding neighbors to see that the work has been permitted. Once you have completed the work, please provide photographs of the completed project or schedule a time with me to come review the completed work on site. Either works for this project scope.
