The COA application you provided is from 2012. All current application documents for the Little Rock
Planning & Development Department can be found at that following web address:
https://www.littlerock.gov/city-administration/city-departments/planning-and-
development/divisions/applications/. Attached is the current COA application. Please complete page 5
and return to me. This project type and scope can be administratively reviewed and does not require a
public hearing or filing fee. I’ll go ahead and draft the Certificate of Compliance (COC) for your project
pending the submission of the current COA application. I believe the property owner, Brandon, has
already provided the needed additional submittal materials, so a completed Page 5 is all that I need.
