Third Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas as filed for
record in plat book 2, page 1 1 1 , and that portion of what was formerly Arnold
Street lying adjacent to Lots 1 and 16, Block 35 and the Wye of what was
formerly Conner Street lying adjacent to Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 35 and that
portion of what was formerly an alley, lying adjacent to Lots 1, 2, 15 and 16

Third Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas which said
street and alleys have been closed, vacated and abandoned by the City of Little
