Good afternoon, Gabe,
You will need to complete a Certificate of Appropriateness (attached) for the proposed work regarding all
items related to the exterior. The work, depending on scope, might be eligible for administrative review
which has a quick turn around and does not require a public hearing, public notification, or filing fee. See
attached email and previous correspondence for application instructions.
In short, complete page 5 of the COA application, provide a more detailed scope of work via a short cover
letter, and submit any relevant support documentation outlined on page 1 related to your scope
inlcuding photographs and list of materials. You do not need to complete page 6 or page 7 unless part of
the scope is detemined by staff to require a public hearing.
The scope of work should outline what is being repaired or replaced with product descriptions or links.
Are you proposing any major alterations, additions, or demolition?
Will you being using historic tax credits for any of this work?

Hannah, I have Gabe copied here. An application was recently submitted to rehab this property, I initially
focused on the UV status and missed the HIST DIST notice upon my initial review.
Gabe, Hannah will require additional information to provide the COA for this project.
