RE: 1420 Commerce St
To Whom it May Concern:
This will be a complete restoration of what is remaining of the property. I will be repairing the roof like to
the previous roofline, and installing a new architectural shingle roof. I will repair and replace the wood
siding as needed, and then fully repainting the exterior. The back deck will also be replaced with one of a
similar footprint. New plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems will also be installed. On the interior, the
basic floor plan will remain how it is. Flooring will be restored where it can be, and new flooring will be
installed where it is irreparable. This will be a state and federal historic tax credit project.
