Grantor does hereby certify that it has replatted said real estate in accordance with the Plat. The
lands embraced in the Plat shall be forever known as designated on the Plat.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and Plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-
officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets
and easements shown on the Plat.
All buildings to be constructed on the lots shall be constructed no nearer to the rights -of -way than
the building line shown on the Plat; and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the

Good afternoon everyone! We are in the process of trying to close out Cumberland Manor and Metropolitan
Village. The city is requiring that I have all utilities look over the attached final plat to verify that the easements
are correct. If every thing looks okay to you please sign and email a copy back to me. I will need your name,
date, and your company name included on the signed plat. If there are any problems please feel free to contact
me. I will be in the office today until 5pm and tomorrow from 8 to noon.
