Good morning, Haley,
Please see attached copy of the signed COC. The original COC will be mailed to the owner’s mailing
address listed with the county assessor. Please upload the attached copy of the signed COC to your
building permit application when you apply, if one is required.
The COC, or the copy, is required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right-
of-way during your project work. This is primarily for our code enforcement officers and surrounding
neighbors to see that the work has been permitted.
Once you have completed the work, please provide photographs of the completed project or schedule a
time with me to come review the completed work on site. Either works for this project scope.

This project was able to be reviewed administratively. Please see attached draft Certificate of
Compliance for your project at 515 E 8th Street. Please review this draft and confirm if the COC reflects
the full scope of your project. Once confirmed, Staff will then sign and send a copy back to you for your
records.

Hey Hannah,
I've attached the COA application for 515 E 8th street gutters. I have two options on mounting but they essentially
look the same from the outside- they appear to be more about security. The drawing with 6" gutters is from one
company, the second drawing is from another- and I've attached a photo of the T-wedge bracket they proposed as
well.
Please offer any guidance on clarification you might need. I've also attached the full quote from one company
because they have photos in the document of the property. I hope that will help in some way if not, just disregard.
