Haley,
Please see attached copy of the signed COC. The original COC will be mailed to the owner’s mailing
address listed with the county assessor. Please upload the attached copy of the signed COC to your
building permit application when you apply, if one is required.
The COC, or the copy, is required to be posted to the property in a location visible from the public right-
of-way during your project work. This is primarily for our code enforcement officers and surrounding
neighbors to see that the work has been permitted.
Once you have completed the work, please provide photographs of the completed project or schedule a
time with me to come review the completed work on site. Either works for this project scope.

Thank you, yes this does cover the scope of work. I love the ornamental roof cresting! That is really stunning.
Maybe after we finish tuckpointing!

Good afternoon, Haley,
Please see attached draft Certificate of Compliance for your project at 715 Sherman. Please review this
draft and confirm if the COC reflects the full scope of your project. Once confirmed, Staff will then sign
and send a copy back to you for your records.
As a side note, if Jill and Mark are ever interested in, there is photographic evidence (attached) to support
the installation of ornamental roof cresting along the roofline bordering the central flat roof.
